Lewes Beach Civic Association
LBCA was started in the spring of 2021 to give Lewes Beach, Delaware residents a voice in local government and an opportunity to to foster the spirit of community through sponsored activities and events. Over the course of the past year, LBCA has been able to help block proposals that would have reduced the ability of homeowners to build on more than 20% of their lots, required second story decks to be built with paving materials, and forced homeowners to comply with requirements that are contrary to federal and state law.
